Log on to your owner portal whenever you want and have access to the following:
- Account Information - Set up payments / access to account ledger
- Communication - The owner portal has a community calendar / record of community communications
- Document Access - Access to the Association's governing documents, financials, minutes, etc.
- Architectural/Design Review Matters - Upload your request / Monitor the progress of your request / Be Notified immediately upon approval / Be able to respond through the owner portal.
- Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance request / Updates the progress of your request / Notification when maintenance request is resolved.
- Compliance Matters - Review current compliance matters associated with your property / Respond to compliance matters / Upload photos and additional information.
